The Old English Scop, "Widsith, spake, his word-hoard unlocked, he who a vast many tribes had met on earth, traveled through many nations. . . ."

Although the idea for Word-hoard emerged from a love for Old English Poetry, this site developed from a desire to have a virtual classroom for those who enroll in my classes and become part of my comitatus. Word-hoard also hopes to provide a place for scholars to become learners and for learners to become scholars.
